On July 11th 2010 GenINC’s Genevieve L’Esperance taught the first ever Teaching Kids Programming course for 54 girls (and 2 boys) at Microsoft’s Chevy Chase offices on the same day as the WPC2010 Day of Giving. Laughing, learning and a new love for technology, Gen delivered it all with the help of a great team: Deanna, Jennifer, Jennifer, erin, Melanie and Elisabeth (her mom).
